The Red Stag Supperclub is MN's 1st LEED Certified restaurant. The Red Stag serves contemporized supper club fare, classic cocktails, and an extensive beer & wine list. Open 11am-1am Mon-Wed, 11am-2am Thu-Fri, 9am-2am Sat, 9am-1am Sun.  Serving lunch, dinner, late night and brunch on the weekends. Happy hours are 3-6pm Monday-Friday and 10pm-2am Sunday-Thursday.
