PARMA 8200 is D’Amico’s take on a classic Italian taverna. 
The moderately-priced Italian eatery evokes Parma—the city in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna famous for its architecture, countryside, dining, agriculture—and whose artisan ingredients are a culinary staple used throughout Italy.   A spectacular, foodie-friendly antipasti bar features salads, appetizers, Italian meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables and crudo—where diners enjoy front row seating and are part of the show as Chefs prepare food.  Chef Mike Dalton, most recently of Campiello, Eden Prairie, is behind the stove.
Dinner entrees range in price from $14 to $24 and there are dinner specials seven nights a week.

PARMA 8200 features Richard D’Amico’s signature interior and exterior design is evident in the strong dark-wood design motif that’s casually sophisticated and elegant – evocative of a martini bar you’d find in Milan or Rome.  And the patio at PARMA is stunning, with two fireplaces, a pool table room for lounging.   The restaurant also features indoor and outdoor private dining areas.

Not to be missed is the “Cavatelli with Pugliese Country Pork Rib Ragu” a recipe that has been in Chef Mike Dalton’s family for several generations.
