Kyatchi (Japanese for 'catch') opened in late February 2014 in the Kingfield neighborhood. Chef Hide Towaza has created a traditional Japanese menu (and we have a kids menu!), giving customers a chance to experience new items not usually found on Americanized sushi menus. In addition to sushi, Kyatchi serves Peterson Limousin Farm hot dogs (recently named 'Best Hot Dog' by Star Tribune), Larry Schultz Organic chicken wings, traditional Donburi rice & vegetable bowls, and an assortment of small plates.
Kyatchi is open daily 4pm-12am.
