Before cupcakes went all crazy trendy, Cupcake was around with fun little cakes (try the chocolatey Clair Huxtable) and a solid cafe menu. Baking all bread on premesis at the University locations means the paninis and sandwiches are fresh and right on, especially when made with the Prospect Park sourdough. Owner Kevin VanDeraa recently won the top title on Food Network's Cupcake Wars.
