The Barrio empire has stretched into the suburbs, well Edina at least. Cocina del Barrio at 50th and France is a full-sized restaurant with a bigger menu. More than just tequila and dark decor, Cocina offers tortas, tacos, enchiladas, and tamales along with snappy ceviches and bigger plates such as roasted red snapper and achiote chicken.
