The St. Paul leg of the Juicy Lucy triumvirate (along with Matt's and 5-8), this little slip of a bar is newly refreshed but still serves some of the best fries in town, a great burger, and what may be the definitive oozing cheeseburger experience. Don't be surprised to wait.
