Call it chermoula or charmoula, this may be the sauce of the summer. A bright green, cilantro-packed pesto-like sauce with Moroccan origins, chermoula is usually used on fish or seafood, but will dress up anything off the grill. Its tangy, earthy bite can have a smokiness but can be turned up or down as you like, there are many variations to this recipe.
