These bagels from St. Paul Bagelry & Deli are updated with all-natural ingredients.
Five years ago, Peggy Teed and Dodie Green took over the
St. Paul Bagelry and made it their mission to rejigger the popular bagels with all-natural ingredients. They succeeded in a big way. SPB bagels are now made in more than 20 flavors with no preservatives and only good ingredients, which are proudly listed on the label.
You can still find them at the shop on Lexington, along with a huge selection of freshly made cream cheese, but the bagels also seem to be taking over the metro and can be found in grocery stores and co-ops all around town.
