Eat & Tell: Where to Snack and See Some Sweet Rides?

Q: Now that Porky’s is gone, where does a classic car buff go to snack while looking at some sweet rides?
A: I don’t know if you can replace the onions rings or the righteous neon, but a Porky’s kind of night can be had on Thursdays at Minnetonka Drive In in Spring Park. They have house-made root beer and decent fried chicken. Also, every Friday night in North St. Paul there’s a Histroy Cruze car show and they’ve just added a farmers market during the show! Or head to Hastings on select Saturday nights for the Historic Hastings Cruise In which takes over the whole cute downtown. Afterward you could slip into The Busted Nut for some Ellsworth cheese curds or a bonzai burger with habanero mustard.
