Q: Do you know what restaurants still serve frog legs?
Both the
Salut locations serve them, but with different preparations (Edina makes them crispy with warm greens and lemon butter, St. Paul serves them spicy Buffalo style).
Vincent serves the legs with a lovely olive tapenade and tomato coulis while
Cave Vin sauteés them lemon, garlic and butter.
