BoneYard is the new kid in Uptown. The Kaskaid group (which also owns Crave, Figlio, and Union) has remodeled the former Old Chicago to be more barnwoody and homey with Mason jars and skillets on the wall. Both the space and the menu are intended to invoke a Southern comfort food eatery, and many of the recipes from chef Jason Bush come from his very own family kitchen in Georgia. You’ll find fried chicken in a few forms, pimento cheese, ribs, pulled pork, and a few po’boys on the menu.
