    Ropa Vieja (Old Rope) Empanada - with pickled beets, arugula, and cojita cheese.
    Ropa Vieja is a classic cuban dish consisting of shredded beef. usually served over rice.

    Black Cod with Yuca, Saffron Broth, Olives, & Peppers
    Cuban Black Beans & Rice 
    Roasted Artichoke Hearts with Sofrito
    Third Course (Dessert):
