There's some chef flipping in St. Paul. It seems that W. A. Frost's Leonard Anderson will be leaving the kitchen he took over from Russell Klein. The next one to tackle the Cathedral Hill haunt will be Wyatt Evans, last seen at the University Club.
School doesn't have to be out for the summer. Why not take the opportunity to expand the horizons you want expanded instead of just filling out those req classes. The St. Paul College of Culinary Arts has room left in the Artisan Breads and Specialty Dough class, the Fundamentals of Charcouterie, and the Organic and Sustainable Foods class. All levels of culinary curiosity are welcome. It could change your life.
If ever there was a day to indulge your Double Deluxe dreams, it would be next Tuesday, May 14th, when Culver's will be celebrating its "Day of Giving" by donating 10 percent of sales to the Randy Shaver Cancer Research Fund.
