Our favorite trend specialists and local wedding gurus, The Wedding Guys, are in New York City taking in all the hot happenings at this year’s Bridal Week. Lucky for us, they’re sharing their findings with us here, on Aisle File. Be sure to check back regularly for an up-close-and-personal look at what’s new on the national bridal scene!
Remaining true to his aesthetic for the 2014 season in couture bridal, Matthew Christopher’s gowns are form fitting with a flare feature, excellent seam details, and glamorous Hollywood silhouettes. Now taking bridal to another level, he defines "Devotion" as his signature look this season featuring elements such as the low keyhole laced back; a deep plunging jewel encrusted neckline reminiscent of the bygone era of Hollywood Royalty.
His light blue gown with gold embroidery was breathtaking, taking the design elements of garden gates and baroque styles to a modern time; truly a runway highlight! To us the showstopper was the lace high collar silk organza cape with an amazing flowing affect.
