Excelsior Brewing Co.
This brewery feels a bit like a raucous garage party. Stuck behind the Main Street drag, Excelsior Brewing's no-frills space packs in a lake crowd that spills out into the parking lot on nice days. It's the only taproom within spitting distance of Lake Minnetonka—just a quick stroll from the city's public docks.
Food: No. But the town has plenty of options within walking distance, including Jake O'Connors, Lago Tacos, and Haskell's.
